When you choose 24-hour care with Prestige Inhome Care, you’ll experience our Premium Program—our highest level of personalised support. All aspects of your care are overseen by a dedicated Premium Care Team, including a Case Manager who will coordinate with medical professionals, arrange any necessary equipment, and ensure that your needs are fully met.
24-hour care may not necessarily mean 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You or your loved one may not need 24 hours of care a day. You may only require 5 hours a day. If you receive 36 hours or more of private in-home care, a team of care staff (typically 5-6 carers and nurses) will assist with the day-to-day care of your loved one.

Care is tailored to your exact requirements, whether you need support for a few hours or round-the-clock assistance. Your care team consists of a small group of experienced carers working in shifts to provide seamless, continuous care.
We offer flexibility in overnight care, with both active and in-active options to suit your preferences. Plus, you’ll have access to 24-hour on-call support, giving you peace of mind that help is always just a phone call away.
